RV PARKS PROJECTS

 Built a 77-space RV park with city sewer, including 1,000 ft of offsite sewer and 5 manholes. Performed all onsite surveying with GPS, graded the site, installed a 6" water main with fire hydrants, and ran sewer to all spaces and the office. Converted the existing park from septic to city service and prepared for concrete pads and asphalt roads. 

 Cleared 5 acres of trees, stripped and stockpiled 5,000 yd³ of topsoil, and completed onsite cut and fill of 32,000 yd³. Installed 8,500 tons of flexbase, placed 800 yd³ of concrete, graded a detention pond with an outlet structure, and finished pads and drives with 2" of clean top rock. 

 This new construction included 1,800 yd³ of cut and fill. We installed underground water and electrical services to each pad and the office, and topped all pads with a combination of flexbase and recycled asphalt for a durable surface.
